On 14 December 2011, representatives of WorleyParsons’ Graduate Development Organization (GDO) presented their latest achievements and future plans to the members of WorleyParsons Board and Executive Committee in Beijing.
Mr John Grill, WorleyParsons’ Chief Executive Officer, commented: “I am glad to see that our China GDO is such a dynamic and healthy growing team. They are the fuel of our future sustainable growth. We would like to promote this practice throughout of organization and encourage group wide communication and knowledge sharing among them.”
WorleyParsons’ GDO
Founded in 2008, WorleyParsons’ GDO aims to further develop our young engineer’s knowledge and skill, building excellence in technical and managerial skills whilst focusing on professional development. Members of the GDO have direct links with key WorleyParsons executives. Currently the organisation has over 180 GDO members throughout WorleyParsons China’s operational offices including Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin. The CEO of China GDO is Mr Long Yun, an energetic and passionate instrument engineer.
