Karl Qiu, president of WorleyParsons China was invited as keynote speaker in China Project Management Forum at Shanghai on September 19th, 2011, organized by the leading project management consulting firm Independent Project Analysis (IPA).
This forum was aiming to explore the trends and challenges and knowledge sharing of project execution in petrochemical / chemical sector.
As the only international engineering firm invited, Karl’s speech topic was “Major Project Execution Models and Trends in China”.
There were over 40 people in the audience, most of whom are WorleyParsons China’s active clients such as BASF, Dow, Dupont, Evonik, Dow Corning, Sasol, Chevron, SABIC, J+J, Merck, etc.
Karl’s speech received positive feedback from participants. Mr. Ma Zhengren, general manager of WorleyParsons east China operation, also participated this forum.
